Refunds

The staff/management of Allure Beauty Spa do not give refunds of any kind. All nail enhancements and lashes are guaranteed for a maximum of five days. If there are issues with the quality of the application within 5 days, repairs or fills will be performed free of charge.


This policy does not include damage caused by clients such as chipped or broken nails, or lashes which have not been properly cared for (wet too soon, sleeping face down, etc.) We value our clients greatly and hope that everyone leaves the salon happy with their service. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation/no show

Clients are advised to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed to keep their appointment as it may affect the next guest’s reserved time. Clients who are late more than 15 minutes may have to be rescheduled.


If you are unable to make your appointment, kindly call to let us know that you have to cancel 24 hours in advance (or as much as possible). Clients who do not show up without calling two will be charged 50% of their scheduled service.

Deposit

If you are booking 3 hours or more of services (such as group bookings) a $50 deposit will be required at the time of booking. Deposits can be made in person or via e-transfer to allurebeautyspapa@gmail.com.
